Limited workmanship warranty

Eligible ERR remodeling work includes a 12-month limited workmanship warranty starting at substantial completion, subject to the terms and exclusions in your signed project contract.

Coverage and exclusions

Coverage concerns workmanship. Materials and manufacturer defects, pre-existing or hidden conditions, normal wear, abuse, settlement, moisture not caused by ERR and work altered or damaged by others are excluded unless the signed contract states otherwise.

ERR will review the issue and the signed agreement to determine whether it is covered and the appropriate next steps. Cobertura y exclusiones

La cobertura corresponde a mano de obra. Se excluyen materiales y defectos de fabricante, condiciones preexistentes u ocultas, desgaste normal, abuso, asentamiento, humedad no causada por ERR y trabajos alterados o dañados por terceros, salvo que el contrato indique otra cosa.
